Fail to turn on the device

A: Please check if battery is charged. if so, charge the device for several hours.

Why is my device not getting GPS signal?

A: When the GPS tracker is experiencing interference, the GPS light (blue) will become solid. This means that no wireless signal is available and the device is actively searching for a new signal. Please bear in mind that many major cities have GPS dead zones, and GPS signal may not reach underground. A more open outdoor space is recommended to make sure the device can receive the GPS signal normally.

Can’t receive alarm notifications on the APP

A: 1. For both iOS and android devices, please don’t exit the account after you login the the account which you have registered, then you can always get alarm notifications even when the app is not running in background.

2. Check the settings of your cellphone and make sure the cellphone allows the APP to send notifications.

Can I keep the tracker constantly under charge through the car electrical system?

A: Yes, you can use it for temporary use, but it is not recommended as the device would highly be worn out.

I don't receive the verification code via email when I create my account.

A: Check that the verification email is not in the Spam folder of your inbox. For further difficulties contact us and we will create the account for you.

 I enter the tracker ID in my account but I read “Device already registered”.

A: The device is already associated with a previous account or you have already associated the device with your current account, go back to the location screen to see it or contact us to verify it.

Can I add more devices in my account?

A: Sure, from the Device Management Account + section

Why is the blue light flashing?

A: The tracker is indoors or in an area where there is no GPS signal, or the SIM has been removed and reinserted incorrectly.

Why is the yellow light flashing?

A: The SIM is not providing the internet connection necessary for the tracker to function, for example due to an expired subscription.

Why do I see a different position than the real one?

A: An emergency signal has been activated temporarily but is inaccurate because there is no GPS signal at the point or time of verification, or the tracker is simply in sleep mode due to inactivity. The satellite symbol disappears on the map. The GPS signal will return autonomously when the tracker is moved outdoors again, updating the position and sending appropriate movement alarms.

My subscription won't activate. I read "Order placed".

A: The subscription was not successful and no charges were made. Please try again and make sure you follow all the required steps to confirm your order. When a subscription is subscribed regularly you will read "Order completed", and the charge will be made immediately.

How long does it take for the historical route to clear?

After 90 days.

Why is the tracker offline?

A1: for the reasons of the previous question.

A2: for expired or absent subscription.

A3: The tracker is turned off.
